Zendesk Training Day is a full day of in depth Admin training that will give you the knowledge you need to make your support strategy a reality. Whether you’re just getting started, need a refresher and want to broaden your knowledge of our products, we have a learning track for you. Our team of expert trainers will guide you throughout the day, ready to help answer questions and troubleshoot with you. We will be offering 2 Admin training tracks: Advanced Topics in Support, I and II and Guide, I and II.

The Hyatt Regency Sydney is located in Sydney’s CBD, adjacent to Darling Harbour, so perfect for checking out the sights before or after Showcase.
Reservations may be made, modified or cancelled by attendees via the URL or using the code G-509N under ‘corporate code’ on the Hyatt regency website. Alternatively through the hotel reservation department by calling 13 12 34 and referring to the code ‘G-509N’ or event name ‘Zendesk Showcase’. Special requests (ie, wheelchair accessible rooms) can be made in the same manner.
Credit card details will be taken to guarantee the booking along with a non-refundable charge for the first night’s accommodation ($330). All confirmed bookings will be charged a pre-payment for the entire stay on Wednesday, 3 April. Bookings must be made on or prior to Wednesday, 3 April to guarantee the group rate. A pre and post night stay may be offered on the group rate, this is subject to hotel availability. Alternatively these will be quoted and charged at the hotel’s published rate.
